In the course of 10 weeks, my team composed an educated, hypothetical, seasonal buying plan for the luxury outerwear giant. This included company research, market analysis, trend awareness, and stock calculations for the final two quarters of Moncler’s A/W 19, with a focus on female outerwear in the U.S..
